How is my data protected?

We protect your personal and client data in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Slovak legislation governing the activities of securities dealers. As a regulated securities dealer, we are also subject to regulatory requirements relating to information and cybersecurity and the protection of client data under applicable financial sector legislation.

How often do I get updates?

Your data is updated on regular basis. Asset prices are updated on a daily basis, ensuring that the portfolio information displayed through our online access reflects the latest available valuations. In addition, you can find your account statement in Online Access on a quarterly basis.

How do I start investing?

To start investing in our products, you have two options:

  • Open an account directly, using the ‘Start Investing’ link on our website
  • Use the services of an Intermediary which has introducer agreements in place with us

Whether you chose to invest directly, or via an Intermediary, we always recommend that you seek independent advice before investing.

Is my money truly safe?

Asset security is our absolute priority. We ensure the safety of your funds through three distinct layers of protection:

🏛️ Intermediaries: We deal strictly with fully regulated or professionally qualified Intermediaries. This ensures your onboarding, advisory process, and funds are handled according to strict financial laws.

🔒 Segregated Custody: Your investment capital is never held directly on our operational balance sheet. It is held in segregated accounts by International Investment Platform using reputable, regulated banks and custodians. This means your money is legally protected from any corporate risks.

📜 Contractual Transparency: Every investment account is backed by clear, legally binding terms and structures, ensuring your capital is allocated exactly as agreed upon in your contract.

Is there a minimum investment?

Yes, our 📈 Lump-Sum Investments begin at USD 30,000 (or the equivalent value in EUR/GBP).

Note: If your initial lump-sum investment falls short of the required minimum, please let us or your Financial Advisor know: we may still be able to assist.

We also offer ⏱️ Regular Investment Products, which are available in EUR, GBP, and USD for monthly contributions starting from USD 200 (or currency equivalent).
